Commissioner Frank Williams comments on Primary Election results

LELAND, N.C. – Brunswick County Commissioner Frank Williams (R-District 5) issued the following comments on the March 5, 2024 Republican Primary Election:

“I’m humbled by our margin of victory, and am grateful to be the Republican nominee for District 5 County Commissioner. I’m thankful for the numerous volunteers and supporters who worked hard to achieve this victory. This was truly a team effort. I commend my opponent on his willingness to put himself forward as a candidate. Running for and serving in local office is a sacrifice that is only truly appreciated by those who have done it.

“Now, we will shift our focus to the general election. I look forward to sharing our common-sense message of fiscal responsibility, economic growth, infrastructure improvements and supporting law enforcement with the voters this November.”
